Claiming verifies that you represent the agency and lets you respond publicly to reviews. Your replies sit alongside the review, signed as the agency.
During pre-launch, agencies register on the Join page. Claims open by invitation after launch.
What you can and can’t do
- You can reply to every review on your profile.
- You cannot delete, edit or suppress reviews — including negative ones.
- Suspect a review is fake or defamatory? Report it and we’ll investigate.
How we moderate
Every review is read by a human before publication. Reviews that don’t reflect a genuine experience — including reviews submitted by the agency itself — are removed.
